Start Running With A Walking Program

Running is one of the simplest sports there is. You can do it almost anywhere, and you don’t need any fancy equipment, other than a sturdy pair of running shoes. And unlike a lot of other sports, you don’t need to become an expert in order to enjoy success. It doesn’t matter what you age or speed or size is, you can still find success with running.
