Maximizing The Effectiveness Of The Master Cleanser Diet

One of the most common ways in losing weight is through dieting. You would be surprised that there are many techniques in dieting that are already available in all kinds of media facets. And so, today, I will introduce to you a home remedy for an efficient diet.
The master cleanse or master cleanser diet, or sometimes called the lemon juice detox diet or maple syrup diet, is becoming a popular choice for dieting. In fact, celebrities such as Beyonce Knowles and Gwyneth Paltrow were reported to have used this technique to slim down. In this article, will use the term master cleanser diet.

So, the master cleanser diet was created by an alternative medicine performer in 1941. He is Stanley Burroughs. Burroughs advocates natural health, for he believes that the human body has the ability to heal itself naturally.

The lemon juice diet is a liquid diet that has this following recipe: Just simply combine the ingredients 10 oz of filtered water, 2 tablespoons of organic grade B maple syrup (must be Formaldehyde free), 2 tablespoons of fresh organic lemon juice, 1/10 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper, a dash of unrefined sea salt or Epsom salt. There are optional ingredients that you can add in. These are laxative tea and natural decaffeinated herbal tea. The concoction should be drunk six to twelve times a day.

With the developing lifestyle of people today, which unfortunately becomes more detrimental to the health of humans, people are getting exposed to a lot of toxins from the food that we eat, to the air that we breathe, and all the stresses and anxiety that we face in our everyday lives. Our bodies absorb all these toxins. Toxins poison our colon, liver, kidneys, gall bladder, and other body organs. And so, the master cleanser diet provides the detoxification and cleansing of our body.

However, this diet is said to be extremely restrictive. Six to twelve times a day is the required intake of the diet, but some overdo it by not eating anything at all that’s why they suffer dizziness or weakness despite its benefits. Perhaps the safest way to go on with the process is to consume the master cleaner diet after meal and during snacks. It is still important that the body takes in the basic nutrients it needs to function well. A person must eat still, but he or she must watch what he or she consumes. Stick to the nutritious no saturated and trans fat food and drink make it a habit to drink the master cleanser diet.
