Here are the basics on how you get rid of belly flats. Simply commit yourself to sweat everyday for an hour. Don’t focus too much on forming your abs when you still have fats in there. Try to eat good as well, meaning healthy foods like fruits and vegetables and decrease the size of your meals especially those consisting of processed foods, usually found in fast food chains. Alcohol is one big threat. You have to decide on how to tackle it. It is a choice between a six pack abs or alcohol. You can minimize the drinking session if you want to.

The other thing is consistent exercise on the stomach if you already have a flat abs of course. How to do it? Do simple crunches, sit ups, leg raise, and bicycling. There are instructions found in the net on how to do them. Try to have a trainer at first if you aren’t confident about the exercises. All you need is to know how it is performed. Once you get it, the fun part starts. You can now list down your exercise program. Try to increase your counts every week if possible every day if tolerated. Do the variations of these exercises. You can perform these exercises alternately in a week for 4 to 5 times. Don’t forget your jogs and walks to maintain the abs.
