Have you heard the rave?  Everyone is talking about this 11 day diet. Does it work? Is it for real? By looking above I think most thoughts would say that this is just another scam t get our money.  And seriously it does look sketchy.  If someone told me that I could lose 9 lbs. in 11 days by completing the 11 day diet I would think that they were full of it.  So I decided to compel a little research on this thing to stop the good folks that use the internet (all 6 billion of us) from getting themselves into another false diet.   Well after doing some challenging research here are the stunning details.
The 11 day diet is based on caloric shifts.  What is that? It is actually shifting our calories that we intake when we eat.  What does it do? It makes our body get creative and in motion.  Because we are shifting the intake of these calories our metabolism then takes off and stats to burn fat as energy instead of the calories.  This fat that is burned is burned on at relatively rapid pace and we can see results very quickly.
There are two hormones that are released into our blood stream when we eat.  These two hormones actually burn fat.  Now here is the neat part.  If we eat the correct food at the correct time we can maximize our results (fat burning) by controlling these hormones.
You may be asking what type of results.  Well, our body is a lot more willing and agreeable to burn fat instead of put it on.  It will actually do everything it can to resist putting fat on.  When we add the fat, our bodies don’t want the extra weight so it goes into hyper mode to get rid of it.  Thus, if you use this tactic here is what happens by following the 11 day diet is that we see results.

9lbs in 11 days
8.5lbs in 11 days
5-6 lbs in 11 days

If you think about it….that is burning a lot of fat in a week and a half.
What happens after 11 days?  That’s what is really cool.  You get a 3 day break to eat at your convenience and then repeat.  After a month you will look and feel like a rock star.
